Acceptance of terms
The very process of opening a virtual user account within the Honey Rush ecosystem, as well as each subsequent login and actual use of the resources made available there, are directly equivalent to the explicit, unconditional, and conscious acceptance of the full provisions of these Regulations. This acceptance automatically extends to other key documents operating within the service, such as our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Responsible Gaming Rules, which together constitute an integral, inseparable whole describing the platform's operational model. The Operator reserves the inalienable right to make modifications to this document at any chosen time. Rejection of the modified terms entails the obligatory necessity to cease using the infrastructure.
Eligibility requirements and registration
To be eligible to use the platform, you must uncompromisingly meet the age criteria: you must be at least 18 years old (18+). We emphasize with full conviction that attempts by minors to create a profile are strictly suppressed, not accepted, and absolutely blocked by us. By registering, you make a legal declaration under penalty of liability that the identification information you provide is true, complete, and fully up-to-date. You are the only person authorized to administer your account and are absolutely forbidden from sharing your credentials (login and password) with any parties or third persons. Any suspicions of unauthorized access to the profile must be immediately, without undue delay, reported to our dedicated technical support team. The Operator is not responsible for any losses resulting from freely entrusting passwords to other entities.
User obligations and prohibited activities
The Honey Rush community is based on honesty. By using the platform, you categorically commit to adhering to high ethical standards and the generally applicable law in the territory of the Republic of Poland. It is strictly forbidden to:
Interfering with the software's source code, reverse engineering, using automated scripts (so-called bots), indexing spiders, and scraper tools designed to bypass the service's security firewalls.
Engaging in procedures showing signs of financial abuse, actions aimed at anti-spam systems, as well as any attempts at money laundering (in accordance with AML regulations).
Introducing modified viruses, malware, Trojans, or undertaking organized Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks.
Using the platform for communication containing threats, hate speech, content considered socially offensive, violating dignity, and slandering other individuals.
Detection of such activities will lead to rigorous consequences, ranging from the confiscation of profile content to reporting the crime to the appropriate state security authorities.
Fees, transactions, and payments
Access to the informational sections of the service is free. However, if the system's functionality involves voluntary financial operations (deposits or withdrawals), all transactions will be subject to the precisely described economic conditions applicable at that time within the operator's system. Payments are handled through encrypted environments of reputable technological partners. If applicable in the offered service model, the user acknowledges the obligation to cover any commission costs or handling fees from third parties performing the banking operation. Transactions must originate exclusively from accounts and cards legally issued in the name and surname consistent with that declared in the profile within the Honey Rush environment.
Risk warning
We strongly appeal to the common sense and prudence of our users. Participation in simulations, entertainment, and any activities related to the allocation of funds in digital services always carries a fundamental, impossible to completely eliminate, risk of losing entrusted or generated capital. The company is unable to make any promises and absolutely does not provide any guarantees regarding positive, long-term results, returns on invested time, or the preservation of invested material value. Every action and operation commissioned by you within the system's logic is carried out solely at your own, complete risk and by your unconstrained will and free choice. Make decisions based on a balanced analysis of your own economic capabilities.
Intellectual property rights
All elements forming the visual and technological environment of the Honey Rush platform, including without exception: structural codes, scripts, vector and raster graphics, animations, logos, registered trademarks, textual materials, sound recordings, and unique algorithms for the website's operation, constitute the exclusive, inviolable intellectual property of the operator or external licensors. The aforementioned assets are under absolute legal protection, particularly regulated by copyright and industrial property laws. Access to the platform grants you only a highly restricted, non-exclusive, personal, and non-transferable license to use these assets, solely for entertainment purposes. Archiving, duplicating, reselling, and distributing any part of the service without the authorized written consent of the management is strictly prohibited.
Links to external services
During navigation through the Honey Rush system, the user may observe the presence of hyperlinks (links) and redirects leading directly to services administered by entirely autonomous third parties. The indicated links are provided to our users solely as an informational convenience. We do not conduct security audits nor do we sanction the quality of products offered on other internet domains. Furthermore, we disclaim our material and substantive responsibility for IT damages, certificate errors, or loss of privacy that may occur as a result of clicking and leaving our secured ecosystem. The user navigates such external URLs at their own discretion.
Limitation of liability and exclusions
Our development team makes maximum, technologically reasonable efforts to ensure that the Honey Rush service operates in a highly stable and error-free manner. However, we provide services on the basis of the commonly applied IT convention "as is" and "as available." This means that we formally do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation free from periodic performance drops caused by hardware maintenance. Unless absolutely prohibited by mandatory legal provisions, we assume no liability for direct, incidental, and indirect property damages or loss of earning opportunities that could result from any technical problems, external hacker attacks, delays in data packet transmission, and particularly errors made due to improper use of the system interface by the human user.
Suspension and termination of services
Maintaining public order and the general security of our infrastructure necessitates a strict crisis management framework. We possess the exclusive, inalienable right to suspend, temporarily block, or permanently and irrevocably delete a profile from the databases at any time, with immediate effect and without the obligation to send prior written notices. Such actions are primarily taken in cases where algorithms detect, authenticate, or develop strong suspicions regarding non-compliance with any points of the Regulations described herein. The user also retains the right to withdraw from the services provided. Deleting a profile does not automatically erase information from the databases that is necessary due to the company's higher legal and tax obligations.
Governing law and dispute resolution
The construction, implementation process, and all interpretations of this complex Regulation, as a document defining the framework of cooperation, are strictly and rigorously subject to the legislation of the Republic of Poland, in accordance with the indicated target location for the provision of activities. Should any disputes, commercial claims, or legal inaccuracies arise, we encourage users to prioritize amicable settlement through direct dialogue with our operational support. If such amicable discussions and advanced mediations do not lead to a solution acceptable to both parties, all final arbitration proceedings will be resolved by the competent judicial authorities and Polish common courts with jurisdiction over the seat or procedural indications consistent with national law.
